We show you how to brew regular ol' drip coffee - a classic preparation that everyone should know! Why not grab a bag of coffee to practice with while you’re here!

Recipe:

1. Grind 30g (6 Tbl) of coffee on a coarse-medium grind. We're using a Baratza Encore and the #15 setting.

2. Add a paper filter to your coffee machine and pour in the coffee.

3. Fill the coffee machine reservoir with 540ml (2.5 cups) of fresh, filtered water.

Note: we are using a 1:18 coffee/water ratio. We prefer this ratio, but feel free to use 1:16 (30g:480ml) or 1:17 (30g:510ml). Either would be great!

4. Turn on your coffee machine and let it brew! Enjoy!
